You need TBSE skin textures for this mod. Heart pasties and bracelets/necklace are toggleable.
The Echo version comes in Echo 3.0 and Resonance. All sizes include bulge and flat options. (Although note that Echo includes bibo and bbwvr, so the options are labeled by genitals in that modpack)
Also Highlander compatible. TBSE X version includes chest physics
Replaces the Adventuring Sweater.
