[Dragoness] Bow Repair Idle

My first NPC to Player animation port! Tried doing this long ago once upon a time only for it to fail miserably, but now that I've learned some new tricks with animations in Blender I present you all the bow repair animation that is seen and used by various NPCs such as ones in the Archer's Guild or at the Dawn Throne.

Animation works on all tall races. This specifically replaces the loop animation for when you change pose with a weapon out. So, the normal start animation will still play.
