Sphene Hair for Female Elezen

Changes Hair 1 for female Elezens.

As is stands it doesn't really work with all hats, mostly because i don't know how to add a different model for the low hair version.

I did modify it a bit to eliminate obvious clipping issues with no hats, but i do believe SE is going to release it eventually so i won't really put too much effort into it, just wanted to get something out for anyone that doesn't know how to make these kinds of mods.
If anyone wants to make an higher quality version feel free to do so.
