Just a simple utility pose for when it's really, really, REALLY freakin' hot out and it shows by the way you're dragging yourself along.
(Shockingly, every other pose mod on here has a very different "heat" in mind when all you needed was a "why is it a craptillion degrees outside in June" kind of pose. Figured I'd fill in that niche.)
