Texture Overlayer

Texture Overlayer allows you to dynamically compose textures without needing to "bake" your own mods for each and every one, you can easily toggle on and off individual layers, quickly setup penumbra collections and pick what type of action you need (so far we have standard overlay, subtract, and soft light). This stores all your configs for each layer in your penumbra folder and will load up these replacements each game start.

Its still in alpha so expect some bugs and overall clunkiness.
