Replaces Neo-Ishgardian Top of Aiming
Works for Midlander based males, requires TBSE textures.
Has two dye channels and colors can be edited further via the colorset.
Cape and skirt's fur lining can be toggled off.
Customize+ compatible and clipping should hopefully be limited to extreme scaling and poses.
