I'm going to be very honest, I'm surprised this is not a mod already. I saw a minion mod but not a mount.
It is easy to change the color in Penumbra.
The chair clips on Hroths and Roes, but it's not overly horrible. There is a slight floating on F!Aura, F!Miqote, and Lalas on their hands. This is from the differences in cushion shapes on the two chairs.
