One mod is for RDM, one is for BLM, and the third is a toggle for the BLM emotes, ATCH manipulations, and draw and sheathe animations (the latter two of which affect both WHM and WAR because of 1.0 code). When the Extras is turned off, the weapon will draw and sheathe like a BLM weapon. If it's on, it'll draw and sheathe like a BLU weapon.
