A quick and dirty mashup of female viera hair 3 + hair 178 (aka Dawntrail Meteor).
Did this as my character Csej uses hair 3 as her default hair and I wish those bangs were on more hairstyles... then I realized I have the power... so I just did it myself. I am still Very New (tm) to modding so my apologies for any funky bits. Only did this on F Viera as this is largely just a personal mod, but if anyone wants to port it elsewhere, be my guest!
(Though admittedly I did use the f viera version of 178 so the textures on top are a bit... crunchy, to say the least.)
