Author's Comments:

Got tilted at jagged elbows, so made this as my first upscale.
Has Bibo+ Small size in mind.
Also added a rim on the top edge of the dress to not make it look flat.

Has some issues like belly texture of the top being a bit odd and the top edge rims getting thick on higher weights, but can't be arsed to fix that!
