[IVCS2] Maritime Set for HR3 (Chubby, Medium)

While I no longer share my mods here (you can find my new free mods at https://ko-fi.com/bohmods ), I felt this particular set would be more accessible and easier to find here in the long run.

------------ Mod Details ------------

A refit of the Maritime Jacket, Shorts, and Sandals for HR3 (Chubby, Medium) with IVCS2 support.

Jacket includes:
- Chubby/Medium body;
- Toggle to hide the chest decal.

Shorts include:
- three bulge options: none, small, medium (shape and size of base HR3 small bulge underwear option);
- Toggle to hide the decals on the side of the shorts;
- Two color options for the decals: Multicolor (default), single color.
(No bulge physics because it's a wetsuit.)

Sandals:
- Human/Clawed version available.


- May clip with certain boots and gloves (though I didn't run into any).
- Didn't encounter any gaps or seams with C+, even with more extreme parameters punched in (the butt will clip with the bottom of the jacket if it's too big as it hangs low).
- Clipping should be minimal like the vanilla version.
