Another self indulgent mod height fix. Makes the pegs longer & the wheel larger. Note that only the wheel is adjusted, meaning the rest of the seats will behave as intended.

It's not perfect, as you can tell by the preview image, but it should hopefully make for easier gposing / more consistent looking gameplay for larger modded heights :)
