Sage Lewd Crest
Developed a long time ago by sage medical practitioners, the sage crest controls the affected person's hormonal balances. It was originally intended to help couples struggling with fertility, but over years of development, its versatility has increased. It can still be used to increase fertility or induce heat, but it can also be used inversely as birth control, as well as for gender transition.
The crest of the affected can be controlled by any sage, but only one sage at a time. This was intended so that a patient could be overseen by different sages, should their primary care provider be otherwise engaged. However, the transferability of the crest also makes it ripe for abuse. After a series of such incidents, the crest was declared forbidden magic by Sharlayan.
