Quest probably broken, due to Bugs in the Plugin.
This Quest continues the Rising Quest 2025, so i would suggest playing the Official Quest first, i hope ya like it ♥

Quest Name: A strange encounter
Quest Description: Lulu is confused, maybe she has something on her Mind..
Starting Location: Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks x11,7 | y13.5
Difficulty: Easy
Whats Inside?
1: A Custom Quest File with the size of 50mb.
Whats Important to know?
- Make sure to have Penumbra on the newest Version and not Testing ♥ (If not it can happen that the NPC's do not load and you see only yourself on all NPC's, also make sure that all old repos of glamourer and penumbra are updated as well.)
- I hope it does not crash you, but it should not do it anymore, i checked the Quest like 15 times.
- Should you crash, make sure to update all your Plugins, if you still crash, write me with the logs on Discord or Twitter.
- Please play the quest a bit slower or you will see NPC's slide around while doing emotes xD
- If you see NPC's sometimes quick start to run, thats a try to cancel their animation before, i keep checking for other Solutions.
- Make sure to disable the Plugin "Aetherment" since it has a problem with the Dialogue Boxes.
