A Realm Restyled: Measure of Her Reach

A lot has changed over the years in XIV, and one of the biggest is how much clothing has expanded and evolved since the early days. Rather than letting the residents of Eorzea squalor in blandness, A Realm Restyled aims to use newer vanilla gear and improved systems to update character outfits to be more unique, while maintaining their personal styles. The gear is pre-dyed to better match the originals, and includes custom updated shaders when applicable.

Yda gets the Diadochos Jacket to add some parallel to her Stormblood outfit, Diamond Gauntlets to balance out her choice of armour, and the Expeditioner's Pantalettes to keep things light, but to give her a bit more than literal underwear. She also now wields the Hawkwing Claws in a custom silver to reference Ala Mhigo's white griffin.

Ysayle now properly resembles her counterpart, with the Hailstorm Coat, Ascension Gloves and Torrent Boots specially modified to be reminiscent of Shiva. The boots also have a custom mesh plucked from one of my old heels packs since they match Shiva, and also reduce the banana toe the normal ones have.

To use these, make some Penumbra collections that apply to the characters in question and turn the mod on for each. Note that Ysayle was a bit more temperamental than previous ones, and the mod had to be applied more generically to just NPCs. I don't know why this is the case, and if you don't want to deal with that, her outfit can just be turned off.
