[Muse+] Street Jacket

I couldn't find a Muse+ Street Jacket so I decided to take a crack at reshaping the M Street Jacket for Muse. I will probably tweak some of the jacket itself but I'm so far pretty happy with the outcome. Let me know if you see any egregious clipping (Please double check that its not there for the vanilla model first. This jacket clips like crazy especially at the elbows even with vanilla. Don't think I will do much for that.)

I will likely not be making toggles as that seems like a pain for this top since the undershirt does cover up a lot of missing geometry of the body. I personally could not find a way to retain the body's shoulders and upper arms without clipping in even vanilla poses.
