⚠️UPSCALE IT to 1.2-1.3 for proper sizing!⚠️
Known affectionately as the "Ma Deuce", the mother of all machine guns; the M2 Browning .50 caliber machine gun is the oldest machine gun still in service having been first introduced in 1933.
It has seen use in nearly every global conflict in some iteration since it's adoption in every conceivable role.
Eight of these beastly guns armed one of the best turboprop air superiority fighters of WW2 in the P-51 Mustang. It saw ground use with infantry and on nearly every American armoured vehicle, as anti-air in the M45 quad mount (which equally was put into the anti-infantry/ground role to awesome effect).
From mounting on the iconic HMMWV and MRAP vehicles in Iraq and Afghanistan to the muddy trenches of eastern Ukraine, the M2 Browning continues on with a legacy that will most likely carry on to at least the year 2050.
This is one of my ABSOLUTE favourite machine guns of all time. I really wanted it in the game, so here it is!
