Kniku Palaka Vest (Highlander)

This is now updated to make the right arm not disappear when using more than just the scouting variant.

This is a quick edit/resize of the Palaka vest I made for Kniku Highlander. I also got rid of the left arm stuff and both elbow pads because I did not like them. This is made for Highlander, and does work for other races but there might be clipping or gaps between the body and the vest.
