[Dragoness] Flute Play

With the lack of Dawntrail animation ports going on I figured I'd take a stab at bringing one to the player. This mod gives access to a flute animation and song played by a Shaaloani NPC. Only works for everyone but Lalas and male roe/hroth due to the animation using a prop that doesn't scale to other races quite well (as in it floats :/ )
