The nipple piercing and chain from Mimi's Tempered Desire. Mesh, Texture all of it hers. Comes in two versions, the original unaltered and a slightly simpler version without the side barbells to reduce clipping on some mods.

EDIT: Added a version on the Anamnesis Choker that will work on Viera.
