Calf-high Belt-leather Loafers for all

Thanks to my friends for modeling for me and Buuz Productions for fixing the sock-skin gap!

Because the calf-length socks and garters should have been a part of the shoes from the get-go. This is a simple vanilla mashup and works for all races/genders, has proper boot metadata, and should work for all bodies (tested on Bibo-based bodies)

Update 1.02 - fixed small gap at top of sock/bottom of knee on Midlander female bodies and the dye channel on male sock garters. Oopsies!
