DESCRIPTION:
Quick port of Prise's "Condemned" hair to fem-based elezens and roegadyns. Does not support highlights or hats at this time.

KNOWN ISSUES:
- Possible clipping into elezen ears; I tried to minimize this to the best of my ability
- Slight gap at the hairline; this was to prevent clipping into the face
