[Bibo+] Revealing Everseeker's Coat of Gathering

Like I said, got inspired by jadesilla's tacklekeep mod to create this one since I liked it enough that I wanted it for all my gatherers but didn't want to just completely change a piece of gear to something else. So in the interest of somewhat keeping the original look of the piece I did a mashup of the two.

The model should be about the size of bibo+ large. Did a quick test with the different races and should work for all tall female models.

Definitly more of a hassle than my previous one, learned quite a bit of new stuff but considering the process involved I don't imagine I'll make any alternate sizes than this so will just be the one model. Also since I had to do a lot of editing by hand there's probably some imperfections left but should be good enough for general use.

- If you feel it is lacking options then feel free to modify it to include them.
