This could technically fit for both Echo and Resonance, but was made for Resonance clearance, so I've listed it as such. I've edited the UVs so that the shape of the breasts isn't too pronounced, but your mileage may vary with this. I did my best, though it's not perfect!
As always, there may be some clipping with certain C+ scalings/idles/poses/etc. C+ is on in the preview. Let me know if there are any major issues, otherwise I hope you enjoy!
