This hair does NOT have the best weights ever, and I highly suggest using C+ on the j_ex_ke_a, b and c bones. I sacrificed the Hair A bone for the accessory.
Accessory is dyeable via Penumbra advanced editing!

TOS and other things to be aware of
◇ ports and edits of any kind OK! DO NOT PAYWALL.
◇ Not hat compatible.
◇ fits a lil different on each race, I did my best.
◇ I made sure to negate as much clipping as I could, however do expect minor clipping with ears (esp modded ones) and when running. Clipping in extreme animations/poses/scaling is expected. Use C+ to fit the hair better to your character!
◇ does not work on male models.
◇ do NOT gatekeep my mods or ports. if anyone asks, link them back to this mod.
