[Gen3] ARR Coatee & Bottoms -RiderTHiCC Edit RT-G/MegaNL Upscales

Gen3 revamp of the various ARR coatee and bottoms (also called the crafting coatee and bottoms). Upscaled to only RT-G chest and RT-MegaNL legs, and edits such as removing exterior garter around skirt. Only 3D model edits in this release due to the number of variants (equipable and NPC only). Chest parts fits with RT-Mega legs but not skirts.

Chest and Leg combinations:
RT-G chest with RT-Mega NL sized legs

Two chest types: Full and Bare Neck (neck parts removed, allowing to show all necklaces)
Two leg types: Full and Bare Legs/miniskirt only

Affects:
Chest: Dated Canvas/Linen/Velveteen/Holy Rainbow/Manderville/Patrician/Serpent Private's/Vintage/Moth-eaten Coatee
Legs: Dated Canvas/Linen/Velveteen/Holy Rainbow/Manderville/Patrician/Serpent Private's/Hempen Bottoms, Judge's Slops

Please don't message requests for different sizes/variations.
Feel free to edit/port/scale to preference.
