I am at it once again with an incredibly niche skin mod (◐ω◑ )

Originally made for a clown glam, but I think it could work with other themes too! Tattoo consists of a base and mask layer for sparkles

Includes a zip folder of loose files and a PSD if you want to change anything, including the gradient. Go into the "Files" tab on XMA for the download
