Minor edit and refit to TBSE and TBTL
Separated the jacket from the top so it can be worn separately
Also made separate boots without the pouch
UPDATED fixed and edited the separate boots model
EDIT [7/12/25] Fixed clipping around the waist - legs model was using legs only skeleton and it comes up high enough that it needed a full body skeleton.
