Clean Allegiance Longboots

Exactly what it says on the tin- Removes the metal shin guards from the level 89 GNB boots to give them a sleeker look. I use this on one of my own characters, but figured folks would like it for themselves. Works for every race that scales off male Midlander shoes (everyone except Lalafells and male Roegadyn/Hrothgar).
