Adds "MAXIMUM" from MVC3 Announcer to the sound that plays when:

VPR Reawaken Available
MCH Battery Gauge Full
SGE Addersting Gained
WHM Blood Lily Blooming
BLM Astral Gauge Full
DNC Fan Gauge Full
RPR Enshroud Available
BRD Pitch Perfect Full
DRK TBN Broken/Dark Arts Available
PCT Retribution of the Madeen Available

And probably some other things. It's weird they use it for different meanings on different classes. On RPR you get it as soon as enshroud is available, but on MCH you only get it when the battery gauge is at 100. On DNC you only get it when the fan gauge is completely full, while on SGE you get it every time you gain a stack. So I dont really know what to call this sound tbh

May not be entirely compatible with other mods that change certain UI sounds
