this one doesnt work for elezen, sorry!
converted to TBSE and TBTL, updated some of the textures, separated the body pieces so IVCS bottoms could be used and can be worn separately. Also added toggles for the cape and hood. Top is TBSE only. SBTL bottoms use IVCS, TBSE does not, but all have jiggle physics
