Meshes are in .psk format and textures in .TGA
You'll need this or another similar blender extension to import .psk https://extensions.blender.org/add-ons/io-scene-psk-psa/
I have not gone through everything to sort it or check that everything is there, I shrimply do not want to gatekeep any assets
I have only ripped outfits and hair
Rips are somewhat sorted, while there are no names you can reference with the following videos for what they are:

If you find some folders are missing textures, check the equivalent male/female folder as some meshes share textures - or check the common textures folder for hair
