A TBSE-X upscale of Qadan's Heartsteel Sett. Currently for Midlander-based races only.

Includes dual-dye compatibility alongside toggles for the undershirt. (You can also swap between the hooded variants to "toggle" the undershirt.)

Will have clipping in certain poses/animations. Heavy C+ will make these issues more apparent.
