Simple black eyeliner for Xeala

Just a relatively simple cateye or similar style eyeliner with no blush or other makeup. A few months ago I started playing with mods and was disappointed to find at the time there wasn't really face mod for what I wanted, So I tried my hand at making my own for myself. After playing with it for a while I am sharing with the world.

- Supports all F Xaela face types
- Supports both Vanilla and Black scales

This was first time making and releasing something so I hope you like it :)
