ripped off some tufts from the m miqo hair 2 to make an equippable 3d bush :>

- NEW: fem compat! yab/rue based (fem versions wont show up for masc models and vice versa)
- modeled on sbtl gen d, but should fit on most tbse bottoms
- can dye with hair color or highlight
