[PCT] Krile's Pictomancy Brush

Made with Penumbra, it is a .pmp file, and thus requires Penumbra... or TexTools, because TexTools allows you to import .pmps now :)

I'm surprised no one has done this already, so I've taken it upon myself to do just that.
We need more relatively clean and sensible brushes with regular palettes that have paint on them, SE pls.

Features Krile's signature Pictomancy brush and palette. With a thumbhole that doesn't get used, not even by Krile. You can blame SE for the way it is, not me.

Also features dying! Not the Dragoon kind, but the colourful kind.
Primary dye applies to the wood on both items.
Secondary dye applies to the brush head and dollops of paint.
There are options for the secondary dye to not apply to the dollops of paint (default), or for the weapon to not be dyed at all. Options for brush and palette are independent to eachother.

This replaces the Round Brush and Weathered Round Brush.
