[Calickal] Thoughtful Idle Pose

UPDATED! Everything is overall better, particularly the hands and elbows. Less crumple on the elbows depending on what you're wearing, and the hands are synched to movements better. I added some light touches to the finger movements as well. Compatibility added for Female: Au ra, Viera, Midlander, and Highlanders. Please note: there may be some scaling issues with the taller races. I recommend trying to scale your character with another plugin or mod to compensate (I have not tested trying that yet) but the pose looks best on Miqo'te and Au ra.
