a port of hag's Shagoat tail for Miqos (found here btw: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/143851 ), now for Hrothgirls!

This gave me a lot of problems, but thanks to a lovely, lovely soul in the YAB discord, it finally works for people with all fur patterns!

Works for all tails. There is unfortunately no option for highlights, though. Regardless, I hope that all my other Hrothgirl players out there can enjoy and finally live out your big fluffy cat life!!
