A vanilla mashup for female talls fitted to the NeoLithe small chest!

This is a simple dress top that comes with two dye channels.
The first affects the coat and skirt, the second affects the undershirt.
If you'd like to dye the corset, you'll have to use color edits/advanced dyes in Penumbra or Glamourer.
