A port of mythandral's Windswept mashup to F Miqo'te, by way of sandwormie's M Miqo'te port. Installed on hair 178.
Preserves the hat-compatibility of the original. The ponytail will be hidden when hats are worn; to change this, you can use TexTools delete the "scalp" attribute on mesh group 3.
