this is my first mod so if anythings broken that's probably why

a hair mashup between hair 169 (alphinaud) and 181 (a half times two)
working on porting it to most races and genders!
includes an optional toggle to put the hair on the man himself, but it doesn't move so it looks a little funky when moving

works for ALL females!
