The beautiful Asphyxia by Lunar, upscaled to Rosaline Hip Dips and Round Hips, with thick or thin shins.

You will need the original mod for textures.

I tested it as well as I could and it seems fine. Lower legs will clip sometimes as with any long skirts. It seems to be ok with my c+ but very large sizes may have issues.
