Author's Comments:
Adds four modifications of the puffy nipples to the RUEXB+ body.
One that increases the size of the nipples, one that increases the size and makes the nipples flop downward under their own weight, one that greatly increases the length of the nipples, and one combination that mimics huge popped out sunken nipples from hentai.
Affects Smallclothes and Emperor's New Robe, and can be mixed and matched.
Requires RUEXB+.
