Edited and refit the female outfit and heels to TBSE, refit the pants from the male outfit to SBTL and also edited the heels to make separate ankle boots to fit with the pants

The knee-length boots and the garters will clip with the pants, so you'll have to find something else to wear with this if you want to wear the full dress - the original didn't come with anything for the female version either. However, you can toggle pieces on and off to create the look you want, as shown in the preview image
