PRHVL Bop (S/M-Basement)

Used Bright 1 at 100 for in game settings. (House Lighting at 0)

Using 131/200 and 147/300 Item Slots respectively.
Uses the Highland Interior Design, needs to be adjusted for everything else.
This is a PARTIAL build, it only uses the Basement. The rest of the house is empty.
