Nyaughty's Skin Conversion Kit

This is software aimed at DIY-heavy users with prior modding knowledge. It will not create modpacks for you or assign textures in-game.

The tool converts textures between Gen2/Vanilla, Gen3 and Bibo layouts with one click, it can handle overlays, full body textures as well as normal maps properly.

Instructions
- Extract the .zip.

- Run INSTALL.bat. This will check if xNormal and python exist on your system and download them if they're missing, it will also grab the required libraries.

- Follow the the installation steps and wait for it to finish, you may need to type "Y" in a console window.

- Once finished, pick a conversion you want to do and run the script, for example "from_bibo_to_gen3.bat".

- Drop your textures into the "textures_to_convert" folder - normal maps must have _n , _norm or _normal at the end of their name to be converted properly.

- Run "CONVERT.bat" and wait OR if you're only converting tattoo overlays and not full textures you can run "CONVERT - TRANSPARENT.bat" instead which is faster.

- Wait for it to be finished, pick up your baked textures from the oven named "output".


Known limitations: genitalia textures cannot be converted, feet may produce minor artifacts between the toes.

A folder of texture overlays for "corrective" textures for genitalia is provided for manual cleanup work, named "helper textures".
