Among the arms attributed to the Jade Jewel; Rubi Cups an underwater city not far off from Othard, few are spoken of with as much fascination as Northern Shisui. A weapon of refined make, it is reputed to have survived nineteen long years buried in slaughter without notable blemish... Some name it a masterpiece of the smith’s art, skeptics note that draconic likely blood preserved what mortal steel alone could not.
