Uses 535/600 Slots.
Many, many rooms. One floor build tho.
This build features a couple of paid Mogstation/ Past Event Items so you might want to look into replacing those!!
Exterior used were the Country Mansion Walls. Others might, or might not need adjusting in some spots.
Fish in the Tanks: Doman Bubble Eye and Toadhead. (Moonlit and Ruby Sea Tank Trimming respectively)
