-Modpack: Since the tan-lines sit on the Normal, your tattoo's should be fine, works with Oiled-up mod

Whats not included: The Base & Mask skin texture.

Yoink the Scaleless Normal and slap your Custom scale normal's on top
IF your scale dealer did provide loose files for normals.... -.- sigh fight them. jk.
use the auto-select tool and invert selection and copy pasta your scales normal on top that should work
