Make sure you have bones on your fingertips, if you're not sure that you have bones, try to move the bone on your fingertips, if it doesn't move then you don't have it, i know Rue+ female body already includes it, for male TBSE, you have to attached the "The Emperor's New Gloves" unless you have different way to have bones then you're fine.
